Biryani is a catering dish

Biryani scales in a way almost nothing else on an Indian menu does. It travels, it holds, and it feeds a hundred and fifty people from one pot. For a Hyderabadi kitchen, catering is not a sideline — it is the highest-margin thing you sell.

It is also the one order a delivery platform structurally cannot take. Somebody catering a wedding, a mehndi, an office lunch or a funeral searches, shortlists the kitchens whose sites explain catering, and emails all of them. A restaurant with nothing to read never makes the list, and never learns it was left off.

There is no missed call for the catering job you were never shortlisted for.

None of it is published anywhere, so none is here:

  • Do you cater at all — ?
  • Minimum and maximum numbers — ?
  • Per-head price, or by the tray — ?
  • How much notice you need — ?
  • Delivery, setup, chafing dishes, staff — ?
  • Halal certification detail, if a client asks — ?
  • Do you do weddings and large events — ?

A catering enquiry form is exactly what this page would normally have, and it is the one thing that cannot be built here. This is an unofficial concept and the restaurant does not know it exists.

A live form would take a real enquiry for a real wedding and send it somewhere nobody is reading. The family would get silence and book another kitchen, and Hyderabadi Swaad would never know it happened.

So the phone and email below are the restaurant’s own published details. Nothing routes through RestartIT. A real catering form to your own inbox is part of the build if you want one.
