Biryani
The dish the kitchen is named for
Hyderabadi biryani, in a town where almost nobody is cooking it.
What is known
A regional dish, not a generic one
Public listings describe the restaurant as renowned for authentic Hyderabadi biryani, alongside flavourful curries and traditional Indian street food. The name itself says the same thing: swaad means taste.
That regional specificity is the whole commercial argument. “Indian food Brantford” is a crowded search. “Hyderabadi biryani” is not, and the people making it know exactly what they are looking for.

Worth saying
One good photograph of a biryani would outperform this entire page
There is no food photography on this site. For a restaurant that is the biggest gap of all, and a biryani lifted out of the pot is about as photogenic as food gets. Send photos.
